Alexander Lupachev

Alexander Lupachev is presently the Director at the VC group of Russia Partners (Siguler Guff), a top private equity firm in Russia with over $1 billion under management. He is actively involved as a business angel and serves as a board member at Banki.ru and Familyspace.ru. From 2011 to 2013, Alexander held the position of Chief Investment Officer at The Skolkovo Foundation, a prominent development agency in the high technology sector in Russia, while also being a Board of Trustees member at VEB-Innovations. In the period of 2009 to 2011, he served as a Director at Finam Capital Partners, the second largest investor in consumer internet in Russia with assets exceeding $500 million. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, he was the Vice President at Delta Private Equity Partners, overseeing $500 million in growth capital investments in Russia. With a role as an Investment Director at Access Industries from 2004 to 2006, Alexander managed Russian operations for the multibillion family office. His career commenced at Accenture from 1997 to 2002, as a Manager of the strategic services group, before transitioning to KPMG as an Auditor from 1996 to 1997. Alexander's expertise lies in private equity and venture capital deal sourcing, structuring, and execution, conducting legal and financial due diligence on potential portfolio investments, corporate governance, shareholder representation, investor relations, and business development.
