Lead a global and diverse team of software development engineers and quality analysts. My team represented customers and comic book enthusiasts around the world. The products we released included internal tools, eCommerce websites, along with iOS, Android, and Kindle mobile applications. The team improved functionality, released new features and enhancements, for the Kindle Reader, DC Comics, Marvel Comics, and comiXology mobile applications and websites. I developed CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks using AWS utilizing IAM, EC2, and S3.

QA Manager

Mentor and lead the Engineering Services team that is part of the Mobile Foundations group at eBay Marketplaces. The team creates and delivers the artifacts that are used throughout the software life cycle. The infrastructure was designed for continuous integration with real time feedback to our customers. We are able to perform unit tests on our artifacts well before they are given to our quality engineers. The team supports the mobile instances of Jira (tracking) and Confluence (wiki). Shape the team by streamlining process, hiring talent for their strengths, and continuously coaching individuals on their performance as part of bi-yearly reviews.

Software Engineering Manager

Led the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team on adjacencies projects at eBay Mobile. Mobilized SQA experts for eBay Mobile Web, eBay Now, Milo, eBay Classifieds, Brands4Friends, StubHub, and Zvents mobile projects. Forged relationships with our internal teams to ensure a quality product was delivered to our customers. Cultivated and supervised the SQA managers, leads, and individual contributors on each of the adjacency projects. Partnered with the managers directly under my supervision to inspire and align goals of our individual contributors with those of our customers.

Lead Quality Engineer for the Time Warner Cable 4G team. Overhauled and automated the testing process on Windows and Apple platforms. Cultivated the relationship with our development and business partners and aligned the three teams in order to produce an excellent customer experience.
