Tony Hsu is a veteran in the gaming industry, having worked at Activision in various leadership roles, including CFO, Senior Vice President, General Manager for the Destiny business unit, and VP Finance for both the Santa Monica Publishing and M&A divisions of the company. Before his time at Activision, Hsu worked in investment banking and management consulting at Banc of America Securities and Accenture, respectively. He holds an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

As of now, Hsu is the Studio Head at Firewalk Studios at ProbablyMonsters, a game development company committed to creating and operating original, immersive worlds that foster passionate communities. In his current role, he oversees the studio's game development and financial activities, helping to grow the company that strives to give players the best possible experience.
