Erica Walker is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in Communication Studies, Spanish, Adult and Community Education, software development, and project management. She has worked for various organizations, including Salesforce, Girl Develop It, Simon Property Group, and ITT Educational Services, Inc. throughout her career.

Erica began her journey as an Academic Support Coordinator at ITT Educational Services, Inc. She then moved on to various roles such as a CMS/MIS Administrator and Program Manager before landing her role as Senior Software Quality Engineer at Salesforce. Erica went on to hold multiple technical evangelist roles at Salesforce, where she was responsible for driving growth through ISV partnerships.

Currently, Erica is a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce. She is also a former Co-Leader at Girl Develop It, where she trained and mentored students on how to code.
