Jeff Nielsen is a dynamic leader, facilitator, mentor, and program/project manager with over 7 years of experience in the military and airline industries. He has worked with various levels of organizations and solved issues in different industries like Aerospace, Financial, Banking, Power Generation, and Airline.

Certified as both PgMP and PMP through PMI, Jeff has extensive expertise in program and project management. He is skilled in coordinating complex projects across multiple contractors for a successful completion. He has a well-rounded experience of applying various project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SDLC, exceptional risk management, and early warning metrics. Jeff has also been using agile techniques before it became a trend, and he has acted as ScrumMaster, product owner, project manager, and team member for various agile projects.

Jeff is also an exceptional instructor, presenting even complex topics in a fun and engaging way that allows for superior retention and application. He has presented in higher education, international congresses, corporate consulting, public courses, and to individuals.

Jeff holds an MSCIS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Saint Thomas. He is also the CEO and Founder of Nielsen Solutions LLC, a company that provides solutions to various organizations.
