At Grow, a digital experience and services agency, I procured, managed, and produced multi-platform campaigns and products for some of the world's most beloved brands — Google, HBO, FedEx, Coca-Cola, Doritos, EA Games, Nike, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

I grew project budgets from 4 to 6-figures, 7 in campaign aggregate, and helped expand the agency from 5 to over 30 full-time employees, including building a global team of contractors. Other results: 75+ happy clients, 20%+ average YoY growth, $45m+ revenue generated.

The work I stewarded has been recognized in top industry publications and popular media. Additionally, it has been honored with prestigious awards at Cannes, Webbys, Clios, FWA, and Effies for its creativity, innovation, and business results.

As Business Director, my primary duties were:

Business Development & Sales
-  Led sales and co-led agency growth plans
-  Marketed and publicized our agency and work
-  Presided over new business pitches, incl. driving winning strategy and impactful solutions
-  Wrote and presented project briefs, pitches, proposals, requirements, and schedules
-  Formulated time and cost estimates and negotiated budgets

Account Management
-  Cultivated and maintained longtime client relationships
-  Became an expert in our clients' brands, opportunities, pain points, and processes
-  Produced strategic briefings and documentation
-  Ensured communications and goals were understood
-  Tracked and communicated project progress and budgets

Production Management
-  Led day-to-day management of our projects
-  Identified risks, managed mitigation efforts, and removed impediments
-  Drove prioritization and tradeoff decisions
-  Mentored our producers and facilitated training/education
-  Created standards for key procedures and documentation
-  Executive produced and managed firsthand the production of some of the agency’s most notable work
