Damiano Pietroni is an experienced insurance technology transformation expert, with a successful track record in delivering multiple insurance technology transformation engagements. With extensive industry knowledge, he has led teams of up to thirty people, handling commercials worth up to £3m / 6000 man-days. As an ACII Chartered Insurer, he has a deep understanding of insurance theory, which, combined with his architecture and cloud expertise, makes him a valuable asset in shaping insurance technology initiatives. He is a TOGAF 9 Certified Enterprise Architect, Carnegie Mellon University Software Architecture Professional, and a member of the Amazon Web Services cloud practice. He has co-authored The InsurTECH Book (Wiley) and regularly contributes to the Insurance Thought Leadership platform. He completed his Executive MBA with distinction, receiving an academic award from Worcester College, Oxford.
