With over 15 years of experience driving innovation and measurable impact, Erin stands out for her problem-solving skills and her commitment to diversity and inclusion. She is currently the SVP and General Manager for Synchrony's Wellness Vertical, an area of growth that includes cobranding, new product integration, and expanding distribution channels for retail, pharmacy, wellness, dual card world sales, and in new markets, like behavioral health. Erin previously led strategy & initiatives as SVP for Synchrony's Health & Wellness platform, managing strategic technology partnerships and leveraging the CareCredit, Pets Best, and Allegro brands. Her career highlights also include being the Strategic Initiatives Leader for Synchrony's Consumer Bank, founder and principal of a management consultancy firm, and Senior SAP Programmer at AT&T. Erin earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems at Boston College, her MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University, and completed the Wharton Leadership Certificate at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania.
