Suman Khareedi is a seasoned structural engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience. During her career, she has occupied various positions such as project manager, land development engineer, transportation engineer, and stormwater design workgroup manager for large consulting engineering firms in New Zealand, Australia, and India. Suman is a proud graduate of the Bangalore University, where she achieved a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering degree. As an active member of the callaghan Innovation's Innovators' Forum, Khareedi supports New Zealand's innovators in practical ways by helping provide learning and support. Additionally, as a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Auckland University ICT School, Khareedi works with other board members to ensure graduates are industry-ready. Her areas of interest include Business Agility, Open Innovation, developing engineering solutions with social and economic outcomes, and enabling young professionals to be industry-ready upon graduation. In her personal life, Suman enjoys playing cricket, badminton, and volleyball.
