Frederik Bernon is a Brussels-based consultant with a diverse career that spans several industries. With a Master's Degree in Social and Cultural Agology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Frederik has worked in a variety of roles, including Senior Consultant at Threon - Value through projects, Senior PMO at Infrabel, and Process Improvement Consultant at Infrabel. He has also worked for De Vlaamse Waterweg nv and Vlaamse Landmaatschappij as a Project Management Consultant and Coach respectively. Frederik has extensive experience in service level management, customer service, sales, business analysis, and project management, making him a versatile consultant.
Before joining Threon, Frederik worked at Belnet, a Belgian government-funded internet service provider, as Account Manager, Customer Service Project Manager, and, later, Service Level Manager. He also worked at BCM - Mobistar Business Partner and American Express in various roles.
Outside of his professional life, Frederik is interested in cultural anthropology, project management, and data analysis, as well as language learning and becoming proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
