Stacey Philpot

Stacey Philpot has over two decades of experience advising top global companies on leadership development strategies. As the former head of Deloitte's Leadership Consulting practice, Philpot has helped businesses like Apple, Harley Davidson, Nike, and more navigate disruption, lead large transformations, and inspire culture change. Additionally, she has personally coached CEOs of Fortune 500 companies on how to manage their executive committees and prepare their successors, combining her practice as a licensed psychologist and her own experience as an executive. Philpot is also a regular speaker at conferences and executive retreats, sharing her expertise on navigating the political aspects of succession planning and improving inclusion in leadership. She has authored several articles, including "Transforming Teams: A Personal and Team Development Approach" and "A Data-Driven Approach to Identifying Future Leaders." Philpot graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in psychology from Dickinson College and earned a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University.
