Caryn Saitz is a lifelong entrepreneur who specializes in connection strategy and coaching. She helps professionals identify, build, and nurture relationships both virtually and in-person for personal growth and business development. As the Founder and Chief Experience Officer of MastermindEX and MastHERmindEX, Caryn architects connections and implements high-impact, once-in-a-lifetime curated learning experiences for corporations and non-profits. Her specialties also include team alignment, behavioral and talent assessment, event management, international meeting and conference planning, community building, and strategic relationship development. Caryn has worked with a vast range of clients, such as SOPHOS, EO, YPO, East End House, FutureM.org, Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, and Mass General Hospital, to name a few. Caryn studied Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Urban Studies at Brandeis University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
