With a strong financial background, Jim has proven leadership abilities, is adaptable, open to new ideas, and allocates resources effectively. He received his BA, MBA, Economics, and Business Management degrees from The University of Dallas.

Jim has an impressive career history, having held various leadership positions at esteemed organizations, serving as the Chief Sales Officer, VP Strategic Sales, Area Vice President Enterprise Sales, Global VP Sales, VP Global Sales, Sr. Vice President Worldwide Sales, Vice President at Parametric Technology Corporation, and many more. Jim led teams to 150% to 400% growth rates, developed and promoted numerous personnel throughout his career, and landed numerous large multi-million dollar transactions.

As a Board member active for 15 years, Jim helped in the sale of Open Ratings to Dun and Bradstreet, re-positioned CIMTEK as a software growth company, grew revenue 4x, promoting every year at PTC, and helped raise $20m investment at Emptoris. Jim is highly respected by peers and customers across many disciplines.
