Patricia Brum is a highly experienced business litigator who has been representing both large and small companies in breach of contract, business torts, and employment disputes. She has a specific focus on the building materials industry, (distributors, fabricators, installers) and has operations in Latin America. Her expertise in these legal issues is matched by her incredible experience in international trade, having served the United Nations and Ernst & Young for over 15 years. Patricia also has a particular interest in the legal issues surrounding homeowners' associations, where she represents both boards and homeowners.

Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on law and business, especially in Latin America, where she has lived in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. She also strongly supports gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, and art education for children. In addition to her involvement in various legal committees, Patricia is on the board of directors for both Inner-City Arts and the University of Southern California LGBTQ+ Alumni Association.

Patricia's educational background includes a Juris Doctor in Business Litigation from Southwestern University School of Law, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's in International Relations and International Business from the Universidade de Brasília.
