Consolidated (US GAAP) reports: parent+4 subsidiaries (monthly +annual)
Management of accountant + bookkeepers + service providers worldwide
Establishment of all subsidiaries’ financial aspects: accounting, procedures and controls
Tax planning and reporting of the group + local tax compliance for 5 entities
Payroll of 5 entities (Israel, US, UK, Germany and Brazil)
Performance of (successful) due diligences and M&As
Cash and collection management for 5 entities (+ credit insurance management)
Oversee all payments of the group and managing self-billing to publishers worldwide
In charge of all global insurance aspects in the Company
Innovation Authority (IIA) reporting and funds management
