Jay is passionate about mentoring others, from helping them reach their full potential to scaling their business for increased profitability. Jay has helped many companies increase revenue significantly, including building multiple multimillion startups and investing in and acquiring over hundreds of companies.

Jay studied Aviation Science at the military, followed by Business Administration at Shoreline Community College. He has worked and held leadership positions with various organizations, such as being the President of PNW Roofing and Remodeling and a former Strategic Board Advisor at a confidential technology company and Index Braille. He was also the CEO and Founder of IT Assurance, Happy Hamster Computer Repair, New Vision Roofing, Clearwater Roofing, Brady's Roofing, and Vice President of AAA Roofing, among others.
