Linda Parker Pennington is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology, internet, biotechnology, and financial services industries in 50 countries. She holds an MBA in International Business and Organization Development from Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as a BS in Business Administration and Organizational Behavior from Boston University. Linda's diverse background includes executive roles at Apple, Accenture, and Google, as well as founder and CEO of Parker Pennington Enterprises, LLC. She is a strategic business partner with expertise in talent management, leadership development, change management, HR technology selection and implementation, strategic recruiting, and organization design. Linda is also an advisory board member and investor in emerging, technology, and social impact enterprises. Currently, she serves as the interim director of equity, inclusion, and diversity at Western Digital, and formerly held senior HR positions at Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin Counties, Genentech, eBay Inc. - PayPal, and Tides.
