Dr. Caroline Lego Munoz is a leading expert in digital marketing and consumer behavior, working as an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of North Georgia's Mike Cottrell College of Business. She has conducted research, taught and written on a wide range of topics such as social media, marketing pedagogy, social network sites, themed environments, and cross-cultural consumer issues, to name a few. Dr. Munoz's research has been published in prominent academic journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Education, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Education Review, Journal of Political Marketing, and Social Sciences. She has co-authored the book "#Share: How to Mobilize Social Word of Mouth (sWOM)" published by Business Expert Press in 2017. She holds an M.S. and Ph.D. from Auburn University and a B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, and Psychology from Coe College.

Dr. Munoz has previously worked as a Chair of the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman College of Business as well as an Associate Professor of Marketing and Assistant Professor of Marketing at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a certified focus group moderator and is an effective speaker on all matters related to social media marketing and marketing pedagogy.
