Dr. Caroline Lego Munoz is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of North Georgia. She teaches and researches on the topics of marketing, consumer behavior, digital marketing and social media. Her research has been published in numerous academic journals, including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Education, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Education Review, Journal of Political Marketing, and Social Sciences. Dr. Munoz is the co-author of #Share: How to Mobilize Social Word of Mouth (sWOM) - published by Business Expert Press (2017).

Specialties: Dr. Munoz's areas of specialization are digital marketing and consumer behavior. Specifically, her research interests include social media, marketing pedagogy, social network sites, themed environments, and cross-cultural consumer issues. Currently, Dr. Munoz is looking at social media marketing in political campaigns and visual imagery within social media (Instagram).

Effective speaker on all topics related to social media marketing and marketing pedagogy.
