Anna Alejo is a skilled communications leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. She has successfully developed and implemented media initiatives that support international business strategy, fostering strategic relationships with reporters to create compelling stories that help organizations increase their impact. With a sixth sense for media relations, Anna is a thought leader with an unwavering commitment to reputation management, crisis communications, and community relations. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a valued counselor to executives, working with limited budgets and tight deadlines with ease.

Anna Alejo studied Latin American Studies at Tulane University and International Studies at Florida International University. She received her formal training and launched her career as a reporter, producer, and public affairs show host at KCNC-TV. After gaining experience in the media industry, she moved into corporate communications at Western Union, where she served as the Director of Corporate Communications. In 2009, Anna founded AlejoPR LLC, where she offered her expertise in strategy development and execution. Later in her career, she served as Colorado Director at 10X10KCuba and, more recently, as Chief Communications Officer at Denver Public Schools. Currently, she serves as the Executive Producer of Community Impact at KCNC - CBS Denver, where she leads initiatives that help the station make a positive impact in the community.
