FlyH2 designs high endurance, vibration free aircraft capable of flying at higher altitudes, with heavier payload capabilities than anything else on the civil avaition market. My role was to provide financial, commercial and strategic guidance to management. This was in order to help them launch the business and attract new investment.

In addition, I was also responsible for driving growth and profitability of the Home Communications team as its Financial Controller.

I was responsible for maintaining the UK groups' balance sheet. This mainly involved (1) recapitalising the business with more cost effective debt and (2) reducing investment in working capital by leading change management programs across the group.
