Chad Englehart
Chad Englehart is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a strong background in human movement and exercise science. He currently serves as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League (NFL). Prior to joining the Redskins, Englehart held various coaching positions, including director of strength and conditioning at X-CEL Sports Performance and head strength and conditioning coach at the University of New Orleans and HS2 Athletic Performance. Englehart also worked as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Florida Tuskers of the United Football League, where he was part of the coaching staff led by current Redskins Defensive Coordinator Jim Haslett. Englehart holds a Master of Science degree in human movement with a concentration in corrective exercise from A.T. Still University and a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is also certified with various sports organizations, including the National Strength and Condition Association, USA Weightlifting, and USA Track and Field. Englehart's professional interests include performance enhancement, corrective exercise, and functional movement.
