Jim Mirza is a seasoned enterprise transformation expert, with over two decades of experience in Lean Agile, DevSecOps coaching, Release Train Engineering, and program management. With an MBA from the University of Michigan and the University of Central Oklahoma, Jim has deployed multiple scalable releases and implemented the Minimum Viable Product at various customer sites in different industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, automotive suppliers, and defense. He has also been involved in large-scale enterprise transformations globally, including SAP implementations and migrating applications to AWS PaaS cloud for streamlined CI/CD.

Jim is active in the Scaled Agile Framework, PMI, and Scrum Alliance communities, staying up to date on the latest Agile scaling and Agile program management best practices. He has worked for notable consulting firms such as Deloitte, HP, IBM, Arthur Andersen, and Electronic Data Systems.
