Lauren Anderson is a highly experienced operations expert, people manager, and systems-minded thinker with over a decade of experience in mission-driven organizations and cross-cultural environments. Throughout her career, Lauren has been instrumental in directing and managing various roles at Rustic Pathways, including Director of Operations, Staffing and Training, Creative Manager, Program Manager, Territory Sales, and Recruitment Manager, among others.

Lauren holds a degree in Spanish and Economics from Emory University, and she has also completed studies in Graphic Design from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Spanish and Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.

Lauren's skills extend to her proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets and other software to efficiently manage and optimize operations, training, and alumni association activities. Her strong people management skills also enable her to effectively lead a team, both in-person and remotely, across locations and cultures.
