I led discovery, design, development and launch of innovative digital products from strategic inception to tactical execution:
-   Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
-   Defining the product vision
-   Working closely with engineering, IT, sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
