Sourav Sen is a seasoned technology expert with over a decade of experience working with life insurance companies in both India and the USA. He has a rich background in implementing QA methodologies, preparing test plans and scripts, and executing testing procedures. Sourav boasts a vast understanding of all the software developmental life cycle (SDLC) phases and has an excellent grip on quality processes, standards, and CMMI methodologies. He is a result-oriented individual with a great commitment to learning new technologies and taking up challenging projects.

Sourav's extensive experience in gap analysis & auditing/review of the test process/methodology framework is impressive. He has successfully implemented appropriate changes in various organizations and helped implement complete test/QA process frameworks from scratch. He can adapt to time pressures and client requirements using different project management methodologies where appropriate.

Education-wise, Sourav studied Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Kalyani and went on to a master's degree in Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Strategy at the University of Oxford.

He has worked in several renowned organizations such as Cognizant and Voya Financial in different capacities, including Product Manager, Senior Product Consultant, Product Consultant, and Program Analyst.

Currently, Sourav is the Co-founder & Business Head at QAonCloud, where he is still utilizing his experience to help organizations enhance their software quality.
