Kateryna Oliinyk is a highly experienced lawyer specializing in intellectual property, advertising, unfair competition, media, ecommerce, commercial contract, regulatory and government affairs, product liability, and consumers' protection. She has provided counsel to various companies across sectors and has represented clients before Ukrainian courts of all instances.

Kateryna studied specialist IP and law at the Institute of Intellectual Property and Law and the general course on intellectual property at WIPO Worldwide Academy. She also has a degree in Specialist English, German, Foreign Literature from Kyiv State Linguistic University.

She is currently a partner at Arzinger Law Office and has held various positions in the past such as counsel, senior associate, and head of IP practice at the same law firm. Kateryna was also a former panelist for dispute resolution in ccTLD .UA at World Intellectual Property Organization and a dispute resolution panelist (UDRP & URS) at The National Arbitration Forum.

In addition to her many accomplishments, Kateryna was also the former chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at Ukrainian Bar Association, which shows her dedication and passion for her profession.
