Jonatas Franchi Fantasia is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the management, projects, operations, logistics, and strategic planning/commercial planning domains. After completing his studies in Mechatronics Engineering, Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship, and various other courses, Jonatas went on to work with reputed national and multinational companies, managing critical roles and leading teams. Currently, he is serving as a Managing Partner at JC Kids, where he is responsible for the retail business segment of toys and childcare products.

Before that, Jonatas had worked as the Managing Director at Broker Distribuidora de Brinquedos and the Head of Strategy & Planning - Brasil at Groupon Brasil. Additionally, he has also worked with Bunge as the F&I Supply Chain - Distribution Coordinator, with Estre Ambiental as the Management Specialist - PMO/PMI, and with AGV Logística SA as the Strategic Management Coordinator, Trainee/Strategic Project Leader. Furthermore, he has interned with renowned companies like Mercedes-Benz do Brasil and Sadia.
