Bonnie Navarre is a results-driven sales leader with extensive experience in territory sales, customer acquisition, talent assessment, and pipeline accountability. She is an intuitive and collaborative team player with a track record of delivering sustainable and scalable programs. With a specialty in gap analysis and action focus, she leverages technology and data to pivot moving pieces into harmony and accomplish the mission.

Navarre holds an MBA in Executive Study from the University of Phoenix, where she also studied digital content delivery development at the Harvard Extension School. She is SFDC Admin Certified by Salesforce and has a BA in English Literature and Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu, as well as an educational background in English Language and Literature/Letters from Old Dominion University.

She has held multiple business development and account executive positions throughout her career. Most recently, Navarre served as the Account Executive for the Ocular Surface Team at Johnson & Johnson, where she collaborated for profitability, translated strategies into results, and grew market share with matrixed teams. Previously, she served as Business Development Manager for Johnson & Johnson, Advanced Medical Optics, Abbott, and VISX.

With an enthusiasm for meeting quotas, Navarre has a reputation for executing beyond expectations, even under the most challenging of times.
