Siddharth Mall, the CEO and Co-Founder of Turing, is a seasoned entrepreneur, innovator, and expert in the tech industry. He founded Turing to help companies unlock the world's engineering talent through a remote, distributed team system. Siddharth's passion for remote work is driven by his belief in the future of work being remote. Before Turing, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Rover, which was later acquired by Revcontent. Siddharth holds a Masters with Distinction in Research, Computer Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Anna University.
Throughout his career, Siddharth has held several leadership positions, including Advisor at StartX, Entrepreneur In Residence at Foundation Capital, and Senior Vice President Of Technology at Revcontent. He has also worked as a Scientist, Ranking & Search Relevance at Powerset, and as an Intern at Yahoo! Machine Learned Ranking (Search Quality).
Siddharth's expertise lies in entrepreneurship, product management, technology, remote work, and distributed teams. He, along with his team at Turing, aims to revamp the traditional hiring process by providing companies access to the best talent worldwide at the touch of a button.
