Promoted after first year from individual producer in Chicago to producing manager with full P&L responsibility for Washington, DC division of HRi.

Successfully led the start-up of a new office and territory (Washington, DC) for a nationally recognized Human Resources consulting and executive search firm. Office generated over $800,000 in revenue in start-up (2001) year and $1.6 million in 2002. Only HRi division in 2001 to exceed plan, one of two to exceed plan in 2002. Oversaw hiring, training, development, and production of recruiters/account managers.

In 2001 and 2002, division finished #1 of 13 in weekly profit.
