Jamie Lee is a negotiation coach who helps ambitious women navigate office politics and achieve their career goals. She is equipped with win-win negotiation strategies and mindset coaching that empowers women to lead and communicate from a position of self-confidence and authentic power. Jamie studied East Asian Studies with a Japanese concentration at Smith College before going on an exchange program at the International Christian University.

Jamie was once the Senior Director of Operations at TreSensa and a Speaker and Educator at Startup Equity for Founders and Employees.
