Implemented strategies for business acumen and multi-unit management to deliver superior sales results, while coaching and developing the education team to facilitate trainings to increase sales and improve the overall client experience in all stores. Improve the overall artistry skills of Area Education Managers.  Promoted to Director of Client Experience.

Senior Regional Education Manager, SiJCP

Program and curriculum development to aid in service initiatives for Sephora inside JCPenney.  I created all materials for Sephora inside JCPenney's client experience initiatives, and implemented the programs to the Sephora inside JCPenney field team.  Coached Regional Managers on development conversations to their direct reports to successfully roll out "My Career Plan" for the education team.

Created, developed, and lead the field training team responsible for training 500+ stores. Changed organizational structure to multi-level leadership roles.  Responsible for the delivery of Sephora learning programs and initiatives, representing all brands and service programs in all Sephora inside JCPenney stores. Pilot and implement the success of the Sephora inside JCPenney initiative.  Managed the southeast, northeast, and central region of stores.  Served as the key point of contact for all color and makeup brands for Sephora inside JCPenney to determine their key initiatives and product launches and successfully integrate their training styles to Sephora inside JCPenney.  Attended market week meetings to advise on what products would or would not work in the Sephora inside JCPenney environment.
