Matt Caffrey is an experienced real estate development and project management professional with a diverse skill set in all aspects of the development industry. With a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York and a Master's of Science Degree in Construction Management and Real Estate Development from Drexel University, Caffrey has gained extensive experience in site selection and acquisition, due diligence, land planning, zoning, government approvals and permitting, construction/project management, marketing, leasing, and disposition.

Throughout his career, Caffrey has completed feasibility studies, financial modeling/underwriting, and market analyses for different sectors including residential, commercial, multifamily, institutional, industrial, and telecommunications, and has a strong knowledge of local real estate markets.

With a background in land acquisition and entitlements, Caffrey has held influential roles in high-profile companies such as Berks Homes, Lennar, Pulte Group, Inc., Rouse Chamberlin Homes, FDH Velocitel, Milrose Consultants, Inc., Brentwood Land Group, and Toll Brothers.

In his current role as Vice President of Land at Berks Homes, Caffrey continues to bring his vast experience in project management, land planning, zoning review, site selection, and due diligence to drive innovation and success for the business.
