OD Ntuk is an accomplished User Experience design leader with over five years of experience in managing and directing design teams. With his excellent communication skills and talent for collaborating with different groups around a common goal of providing better user experiences, he has proven his ability to instill a customer-focused design culture. He has a background in front-end development, which enables him to balance user needs and customer insights with business strategy effectively.

OD Ntuk studied at Penn State University, where he earned a BS degree. Before that, he completed his high school studies at Arlington High School. He also studied at WIBO.

OD Ntuk started his professional journey as a Front-End Developer and then worked as a Freelance Information Architect, Usability, and Accessibility Consultant at Common Need. He founded Overflow Consulting Group, LLC, where he provided UX consulting services to various clients. He worked as a UX/Product Manager at Ask.com, Senior Product Architect at HappyFunCorp, and Product Lead at AppCard, Inc. Additionally, he served as the UX Lead at BET Networks, a subsidiary of Viacom Inc., and UX Manager at Kaplan.

Currently, OD Ntuk serves as a Product Design Manager at Facebook, where he oversees the design team's projects and processes. He has experience leading Agile & Lean Project Management, Rapid Prototyping, Component Libraries, and Design Systems. He coached design thinking and fostered the growth-mindset while building cross-functional teams.
