Kate Botler Kodesh has an accomplished professional background, most notably from her tenure at Lyft where she served as the Head of Global Talent, Head of Executive Recruiting, and Head of Talent, Business and Operations. After joining Lyft as one of their initial 100 employees, the company grew to over 6,000. Kodesh played a pivotal role in the incredible growth of the recruiting team, which has now grown to a team of over 250 throughout numerous locations, including the US, UK, and Canada. Her team provided recruitment services for internal clients, from intake to close, through operational excellence, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience. In her role as HRBP to G&A and Marketing, she concentrated on coaching, performance management and employee relations among other aspects while managing up to 800 team members. Before Lyft, Kodesh worked at Russell Reynolds as an Executive Search Consultant, where she placed various executives across all C-level functions. Before that, she was a Data Analyst and Product Consultant at Morningstar. Kate has a BA from Northwestern University, a JD from Fordham University School of Law and passed the NY bar in August 2011.
