Tarleen Dand is a highly skilled engineer with a master's degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. She is an expert in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Lean methodologies. Her passion for process improvement and problem-solving has led her to be involved in various organizations, including Tighe Logistics Group, where she worked as a Logistics/Continuous Improvement Co-op, and Accenture, where she was an Associate Engineer in Supply Chain Management. With an unyielding drive to enhance and implement her skills, Tarleen has worked as an intern for several organizations, such as Heavy Water Plant, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, and Reactor, and Control division Intern at Bhabha Atomic Research Center. She has also worked as a Product Development Intern at Techno Gravity Solutions and as an Assistant Teacher at Educare Learning, a Coaching Institute.

Tarleen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication and a Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both of which she received with distinction.
