Thomas Wisniewski
Thomas Wisniewski is an accomplished managing partner, investor, and adviser with extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, growth-stage companies, and technology. He currently leads Newark Venture Partners, a venture fund backed by Amazon, Prudential, and other prominent investors, where he oversees investments in B2B software companies generating recurring revenue. In addition, he co-manages RosePaul Investments, a family office, and its proprietary fund, RosePaul Ventures, which invests in tech startups focusing on software-driven businesses.
Before joining Newark Venture Partners, Wisniewski spent several years at Baldwin Bell Green (BBG), a management consulting firm providing strategic and operational services to financial services, technology, and private equity clients. At BBG, he advised senior management on strategy, operations, and information technology. Prior to BBG, he worked independently for seven years as an adviser to private equity and venture capital firms and served as a member of the management team of two portfolio companies.
Wisniewski is an active early-stage investor and adviser to early-stage ventures and serves as a board member of several startups. He is also a member of New York Angels, an early-stage investment group, and has a background in physics and philosophy, with degrees from Clark University and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
