Miklos Grof is a citizen of the world who has traveled extensively and worked in many countries. With a passion for simplifying the legal processes for small and medium businesses, Grof co-founded Company Hero in 2018 which has facilitated the formalization of over 10 thousand businesses over the last five years in Brazil. Miklos leverages the latest technological advancements and human support to simplify the legal complexities of running a business in the country.

Prior to his work at Company Hero, Grof's career spans both large corporations and startups. At PwC, he worked in the restructuring advisory department where he had the opportunity to help companies navigate the 2008 financial crisis. Afterward, he ventured to South America to explore the budding ecosystem of startups and innovation where he advised and founded several startups, including Nosso Capital and Fundacity, Inc.

Through his journey, Miklos Grof has gained expertise in finance, law, taxation, and, accounting with degrees in such fields from London School of Economics and Political Science and ICAEW. He is also well-versed in real estate and international baccalaureate aside from having experience in various fields such as fund transactions, economic research, and middle office support.
