With over 30 years of experience, Michele offers a wide range of services including safeguarding audits, external reviews of governance, mentoring support for school heads and board chairs, and bespoke training programs for boards and leadership teams. Her expertise extends to areas such as the 2010 Equality Act, values and vision reviews, preparing for Ofsted inspections, and future-proofing MATs.

Having transitioned to an independent consultant in 2000, Michele has collaborated with key educational institutions like the DFE and the National College for School Leadership, developing national training programs and guidance for governors and headteachers.
