Rob Lloyd
Rob Lloyd is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology industry, known for his leadership roles at companies like Cisco, Virgin Hyperloop One, and American Ultimate Disc League. Lloyd has served as Chairman and Managing Member of AUDL, an emerging action sport organization, and as CEO and Board Member of the LA-based transportation innovator, Virgin Hyperloop One. Prior to that, he spent many years at Cisco in various leadership positions, including President and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, where he was responsible for 40,000 employees operating around the world.
During his time at Cisco, Lloyd led numerous innovation programs, including the development of the company's Intercloud strategy, its data center and server go-to-market strategy, and the creation of architectural sales and software licensing programs. He has also been deeply involved in many of the company's largest customer and partner relationships in the government, enterprise, and telecommunications markets. Before joining Cisco, Lloyd founded and grew a personal computer and networking industry company that became one of the largest value-added computer resellers in Canada with over 400 employees.
Lloyd is a strong advocate for education and serves on the Board of Trustees of Santa Clara University, Vice Chairman of Boys Hope Girls Hope of St. Louis, and Board of Directors of Junior Achievement USA. He believes that education can improve the lives of young people from every background and that each person deserves an opportunity to become the best they can be and harness the power of entrepreneurial spirit. Lloyd currently resides in California with his family.
