He helped Carbon Black develop and implement the fastest-growing partner ecosystem in the industry, oversaw the MSSP and Incident Response partner program, and was instrumental in establishing the original Endpoint Detection and Response solution. At Global Technology Resources, Jim worked within the Engineering and Project Management organization, played a critical role in the Global Sales Engineering and Federal Capture Management team, and was responsible for Systems Engineering at Cisco. Jim also holds multiple leadership roles in the United States Air Force.
