Linnea Geiss, a seasoned business leader, has extensive experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and new market development. She served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for NCR Corporation, where she led global business units in identifying inorganic growth opportunities of all sizes. Linnea also worked as an investment principal at Arcapita Ventures, focusing on growth-stage companies in healthcare, IT, and industrial technology sectors. Currently, Linnea is the Chief Operating Officer at PDI Software, leading a team of more than 1,000 global employees to deliver solutions that transform the businesses of customers and enable them to achieve their goals. Her experience ranges from product development, quality assurance, product management, and marketing roles related to software and hardware technologies. Linnea holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
