Ramy Zeid is an experienced economist with expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, impact evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, growth diagnostics, and economic complexity analysis. With over 8 years of experience, Zeid has worked in various countries, including Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Ethiopia, and Tunisia. Holding a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, Zeid has worked as an Economics Consultant at World Bank Group and previously served as an Adviser to the UN Special Envoy on Financing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at UNDP. Zeid has also worked as a Teaching Associate and Research Associate at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, as well as a Consultant at Millennium Challenge Corporation and Research Associate at International Growth Centre. With a background in civil engineering, Zeid has also held various positions as a Project Engineer, Business Development Coordinator, and Assistant Manager Business Development.
