Adam Harris is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in data products, partnerships, ad technology, and sales strategy. He is deeply passionate about solving business challenges that hinder growth and acceleration, and he brings his wealth of experience to every project he works on. Adam is the Founder and CEO of Gray Storm Consulting, a data and innovation consultancy that leverages big data, machine learning, and AI to optimize clients' businesses.

Under his leadership, Collective grew from a $45K startup to a $40MM+ business in just 18 months. As the VP of Data Products at Hearst Digital Media, he was instrumental in developing a planning and reporting system leveraging cross-MVPD data. Adam's expertise also extends to product strategy and roadmap creation, P&L management, consulting, team leadership, and strategic partnerships, among others.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University and a Master of Arts degree in Politics from Princeton University.
