The inception of sunny.mx was in 2017 when I discovered Sunny Mexico for the first time which then followed through when I was naturally inspired to acquire the ultra premium domain name asset sunny.mx on 3.9.2020 (March 9th).As a branding expert, I believe that everything starts with a name and when my branding operation discovered the availability of sunny.mx earlier this year (2020). Post this lucrative acquisition, I was startled  for a long while after because the most relevant adjective which best  describes tourism in Mexico, “sunny”, was available with the TLD .MX.The adjective “sunny” is the highest common denominator or commonality among tourists. After that, lots of individual preferences dictate tourists' decision-making process for their itinerary. Sunny.MX will greatly optimize that and streamline that for the customer.As a natural observer and discoverer of gaps, I discovered a plethora of gaps within tourism in Mexico which need to be filled as well as continuously optimized to provide tourists with the experience they deserve to have. Sunny.MX will be focused on that as well as Real Estate, WFH (Work from home trends), Retirement, Old Age facilities and Investments in Mexico. We have already partnered with many businesses and professionals around Mexico and the list is growing daily.

- Founded VSDS - Verint Support  Documentation Synergies , a super innovative  and effective knowledge related department within Support.  -  Designed and implemented knowledge architecture solutions for the most urgent  subject matters within the Support & Services organization in Verint's EIS division. - Proposed a company wide ( EIS, CIS, VIS)  knowledge architecture solution which would undoubtedly save 10s of millions of dollars  for Verint and bring the organization to a much higher caliber.-  From name to  new super effective methodologies all were my original ideas. - To  this day, 3 years later  (2017), the knowledge tools I created, are used and are providing an amazing ROI such as much improved TTR, increased customer satisfaction, developers' valuable time is used much less in the subject matters handled by VSDS.Less than 1 percent of  VSDS' potential was actually implemented company / division wide, so if it was  the results in terms of ROI would be astronomical.

50 % System Administrator for the enterprise’s 4  branches in the UK, Israel and Portugal 50 % - Tier 3 and 4 Global Support Engineer for SEQUENCE (BPM System) Role Description:This role is of a vast scope and responsibility as I am in charge of the Enterprise’s Infrastructure in the Private Cloud and the Public Cloud ,technical issues of any kind at any of our 4 offices as well as planning and implementation of a wide array of projects.Recent projects / achievements:Recovered from a corrupt domain controller, redirected FSMO roles and increased redundancy of core mission critical network services such as ADDS, DHCP, DNS and VPN authentication. AD cleanup via PowerShell scriptingDesigned a new  storage architecture for our QA server ( apprx 50 virtual servers)  after discovering the root cause  of slow performance. After implementing my solution,  disk performance counters are showing stats anywhere from 1000% to 10000% faster performance. As a result of this, the QA department's productivity level has increased significantly.Duplicated a customer’s (Ministry of Justice - UK) AD / Exchange 2007 / DNS environment internally on 4 Hyper-V virtual servers running within their own network infrastructure thus allowing a team of developers to develop a custom tailored solution without having to request access to the clients network. All developers in the UK and IL have access to this environment internally and VPN.Automated  BUof SharePoint 2010 Farm and  site collections/  on Cloud Servers via PowerShell scripts. Successful restore drill for DR / BCP Main responsibilities:Technical Support for  all internal users in 3 countriesPlanning, design, deployment, and operations of backup and recovery solutions (business continuity / DRP)Management of the server closet at our IL office which serves all 4 branches.200 virtual servers  (Hyper-V ) running on several HP Proliant DL 160  rack mount host servers( responsible for maintenance, repair  & upgrades)
