With a BSc and an MBA, she also holds two master's degrees in Health Interventions Assessment and Healthcare Management and Planning for Healthcare Managers.

Paloma's expertise lies in start-up management and business unit direction, market access and price & reimbursement, patient-centric approaches, and oncology, rare diseases, and immunotherapy. Her professional experience includes serving as CEO at Know-Health Consulting, Partner at Zarzia Consulting, and General Manager for EUSA Pharma's Spain & Portugal affiliate.

She is an active member of various healthcare and pharmaceutical associations, including SEDISA, APRI, and CESIF, where she also co-directed the Postgraduate program in Market Access. Paloma is a pro-active, positive, and transparent leader with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results.
