Mie Nørgaard is an experienced and well-educated professional, with a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen, as well as degrees from Aalborg University and IT-universitetet. She has worked as an external lecturer at Aalborg University, an assistant professor at Aarhus School of Architecture, and a post-doctoral researcher at University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Ms. Nørgaard has worked in a corporate environment as an intern in computer-mediated living at Microsoft and as a research assistant at Copenhagen Business School.

Ms. Nørgaard has also had experience in other fields throughout her career, including working as a human resources consultant at a Danish NGO, an archaeologist at Museo Lisboa and Varde Museum. She has a well-rounded skill set, from her work in academia to her corporate internships and her work outside of higher education.
