Jas Purewal is a highly experienced lawyer turned entrepreneur, investor, and advisor in the games and digital entertainment industry. Having spent over twenty years working in law in London, Europe, and Silicon Valley, he has a wealth of experience in business development, operations, and investment. He started his own consultancy firm, Purewal Consulting, where he helped talented people build great video games and digital entertainment businesses. Jas also invested in and advised a variety of game development studios such as Omeda, Netspeak, and TreesPlease Games. He is currently the Chairman of Facepunch Studios, a leading game development studio. Jas has lectured and served on the Advisory Board of the National Film and Television School. With over thirty years of experience as a gamer and technophile, he is passionate about exploring the intersection of digital entertainment and technology.
