Jennifer Beals

Jennifer Beals is an accomplished executive coach, consultant, facilitator, and learning/development leader with a wealth of experience in program design and organizational learning. She holds a CPC in Executive Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from St. Martins University, and a B.A. in Law/Justice and Psychology from Central Washington University.

Jennifer is the Owner/Principal Coach of Eclipse Coaching & Consulting, LLC, and has previously held leadership roles at Sound Physicians and MultiCare Health System, where she worked as Director of Learning and Development and Leadership Development Consultant, respectively.

With a proven ability to align strategically with organizational objectives for exceptional results, Jennifer has demonstrated strengths in leadership, innovative thinking, and relationship building.
