Peter Bromka is an accomplished designer, strategist, entrepreneur, and educator who has dedicated his career to helping teams develop a deeper understanding of their customers. With a degree in Anthropology from Tufts University and introduction to Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design, Peter has built a diverse skill set that combines social science, product design, and innovation strategy. He has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including founder of Basalt Design Strategy, Athlete Insight at Nike, Assistant Professor in the Collaborative Design MFA Program at Pacific Northwest College of Art, and Insight & Innovation at Nike. Additionally, Peter has worked in various design roles at Orchestra, Inc., IDEO, Weiden & Kennedy, and Continuum. Throughout his journey, Peter has honed his ability to craft meaningful and culturally relevant consumer insights that help teams design with empathy and integrity.
